Nearly 180 supported employees and staff are employed by Blue Mountains Disability Services Ltd. Eloura is able to provide a variety of career choices within the structure of the organisation. Please see the list below for an example of the positions that may become available from time to time:

Supported Employee Positions
Our business is able to provide employment for up to 65 supported employees in light timber manufacturing, packaging and assembly and the grounds and maintenance departments. All employees receive internal and external training as required and ongoing support is always provided as per the individuals needs.
Residential Care Workers
Our service operates accommodation support in the Lower Blue Mountains for people with a disability. We have casual work available for suitably experienced staff to work within a group home setting.
