What is a bequest?

A bequest is a gift made in your Will. When making your Will, it is important to get advice from a solicitor, state or public trustee or trustee company to ensure that your will is properly executed and that you have adequately provided for those close to you.

Particular items such as shares or property
A gift through a perpetual trust that will provide ongoing financial support
